IC CARES FOUNDATION
IC Cares Foundation was established in 2011 as the philanthropic arm of IC Corporation to support humanitarian efforts and improve the quality of life in the communities locally where we live and work. However, the Foundation also supports philanthropy efforts globally, especially in the area of disaster relief, and medical research and investigation.
IC Corporation encourages its employees to volunteer their time and services in conjunction with the principle of the IC Cares Foundation. Also, employees are encouraged to seek out and identify organizations that support the social projects identified herein for potential funding.
Each year the Foundation earmarks and donates funds to support various organizations involved in animal rescue, community help, research and investigation, and sports development.

Sea Turtle Conservancy
Soropta Beach, Panama, Central America
Monetary donation to improve an old facility on a turtle nesting beach purchased in Soropta Beach, Panama, the donation will enable the organization to rescue and care for endangered sea turtles that are at risk.

In-kind donation of backpacks filled with school supplies and sports equipment. The gifts benefit disadvantaged children within three schools in the community: La Mata Redonda, La Pedregosa, and El Guayabo. The contribution was made possible through a partnership with the “Mecánicos de Aviación en Pro de la Niñez” that assisted with accessing rural areas such as La Mata Redonda community.

Monetary donation to benefit students participating in basketball, soccer, and volleyball of the school's varsity sports programs. Funds enabled the purchase of athletic uniforms, athletic shoes, warm-up suits, team vests, payment for transportation in away from home games, and to support the worthy athletes program.
