IC Corporation holds an annual kick-off meeting that is typically hosted in the United States.
For this distinctive event, Executives and Managers from across the company gather with the objective of strengthening relationships, reviewing each offices business results, and addressing matters of vital importance.
These meetings allow our company's executives to introduce plans for the next 12 months. This event allows the management team the opportunity to come together and effectively create the calendar for the year. The opportunities for the new year can be outlined to all management to be later communicated to the rest of the employees. Also, Executives and Management have the chance to discuss and present what is possible for the organization in the coming year.
