Performance Awards (2017)

Each year, the Corporation recognizes employees in different categories for their outstanding work performance. Awards are distributed for Best Administration Employee, Best Technician, Best Engineering Employee, Best Manager, and Best Office.

At the 2017 Kickoff meeting held in Orlando, Florida, USA, recognition was given to the following individuals for the year 2016:

• IC International Trade Co., Ltd (China) - Best Office

• Joanna Emanuel (USA Office) - Best Manager

• Daniel Ochoa (USA Office) and Miguel Cuevas (Venezuela Office) - Best Engineers

• Edwin Poveda (Panama Office)- Best Technician

• Marielena Franco (USA Office) - Best Administration Employee

• Freddy Díaz (Venezuela Office) - Most Improved Employee

All winners were rewarded with a crystal beveled globe displaying their name and category for which they were recognized, a 32” Samsung LED Television, and one (1) day off. Also, the Best Manager received a fully loaded laptop.

For the category of Best Office, the entire staff will receive a paid day off.
